The first week will consist of 40 hours of interactive learning including lectures, seminars and case study work focused on learning the PRINCE2® methodology and passing the Foundation and Practitioner level exams.
The second week will consist of 2 days focused on understanding and applying PRINCE2 AGILE® and the sitting of the PRINCE2 AGILE® Practitioner exam. This includes interactive discussions and preparations for applying the materials to the simulated project.
The simulation will focus on delivering a technical solution for one of our industry partners including a visit to their facilities and a presentation by their senior management. The balance of week two and the entirety of week will be dedicated to running and completing the project simulation.
Throughout the programme, participants will work in small groups and will be presented with a full range of common project management issues. A typical weekday will start at 09:00 with a review of previously covered materials and an outline of the goals for the day. A one-and-a-half-hour lunch break will generally happen around 12:30 and the day will rap up around 17:30 with an overview of the next days activities. Individuals are always welcome to request one-on-one sessions with our project management experts. These sessions will be conducted after regular programme hours. All sessions will be held on the Masaryk University campus located at 41a Lipová, Brno, the Czech Republic.
The two Sundays falling between the arrival and departure dates have been reserved for cultural activities including a city tour of Brno and a tour of a local brewery. All costs associated with these activities are included in the programme fees.
